Private Cabin with Hot Tub, Game Room, and Eagles Nest Access

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
  • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
  • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
  • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
  • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

• This home allows dogs. Additional pet rent applies: $25 per night per pet. Please confirm the number of allowed pets with the host before booking.
• No smoking allowed inside the home.
• Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
• Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
• Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Fees and Payments

• Pet fee: $25 per night per pet. Please confirm maximum number of pets before booking.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the amenities.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Parking Information

• Free parking is provided. 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Internet is provided. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• All homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens are provided.
• Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

• The homeowner uses exterior security cameras to monitor the property. One is on the front porch left side, aimed at the driveway. The other is mounted on the back deck by the left side of bedroom door pointing at the woods.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
